Flexible Schedules
Working 9-5 does not fit everyone's schedule, and we know it! Harbor has a variety of work schedules to fit your lifestyle. Whether you are looking for a full-time position or part-time hours we have shifts starting at various times and a variety of lengths that may meet your needs. We believe a balance between work and life is critical to success and happiness.
Performance Coaching
Harbor understands that team members need to know how their work performance is progressing. Harbor is committed to helping the team reach performance goals. Each team member has a performance review following 90 days of employment and an annual performance review and goal setting session. We work with you to set performance goals and then review them throughout the year to assist you in achieving those goals. Together we will succeed!
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Everyone needs to take time for themselves. Full and part-time Harbor team members beginning accruing Paid Time Off from the first day of employment. PTO can be taken for personal use including vacation, holidays, and sickness. Your available balance appears right on your paycheck. Once again, balancing work and family is important to your success and happiness. We encourage you to use your PTO!
Health and Dental Insurance
Harbor Senior Concepts, LLC offers our full-time team members insurance plans designed to meet the special needs of our team members. Our plans offer a wide range of services and providers in your area. Specifics about the plans are available at each Harbor House location
Employee Recognition Program
Harbor has established a strong based of dedicated team members and recognizes strong performance each quarter. By meeting basic performance criteria, all team members are eligible to earn recognition gifts ranging from pens, key chains, and apparel.
401K Retirement Plan
Harbor has a 401K retirement plan. Team members are eligible to contribute money to a 401K retirement fund that you control. The money is taken of your paycheck before taxes are taken out so you increase your income and plan for your future. We also accept and 401K rollovers from your current plan so you can manage all of your retirement funds in one plan. Harbor also contributes to your account and matches up to 3% of your salary each year. Stay with Harbor for 3 years or more (once you are here the time will fly by) and the matching funds are yours to keep.
Referral Program
Happy team members are our best advertisement and good people know other good people. We encourage our team members to refer friends to come join the Harbor Family. If your referral is successfully employed by Harbor for 90 days, you become eligible for a cash bonus. Ask the Director for details on this program.
